Weekend Fun

We had a fun 4 day weekend spent with friends.  First up was a trip to Ferb's 2nd home to visit with his "other family".  Then we were off to have a fun Easter celebration with friends from our Bible Study group.  Good times!!

English Competition

Ike's school once again participated in an English competition put on by the county.  This is Ike's 3rd time being a part of it (which is still funny to me considering he's a native English speaker), and they once again won 1st prize!  Great job Ike and friends!

We must have had a really tough Easter Sunday because Ike fell asleep on the steps in the afternoon (and slept there for at least an hour and a half)!

Hiking Fun!

We are fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful mountains (though sadly we often forget how close we are to them).  The other week we decided to take advantage of the beautiful spring weather and head into the mountains for a hike.  It was wonderful!

Ellie Turns 7!

My "little" girl is growing up too quickly!  It's hard to believe she's already 7 years old.  We are so blessed to have her in our lives.  We love you Ellie!
